Trough castables is mainly composed of high alumina, silicon carbide, carbonmaterials and binder prepared.
High alumina raw materials: the use of electric melting or sintering corundum spinel, bauxite clinker in one or two.
Silicon carbide materials: can choose one grade or two grade black
silicon carbide.
Carbonaceous materials:
the use of asphalt, coke, graphite or electrode powdered..
Binder: the clay, good dispersion of oxides or ultrafine powder and pure
calcium aluminate cement.
Technical
