Corundum products introduction

Corundum refractory materials refer to the Al2O3 content is more than products more than 90%, also known as alumina refractory products. Al2O3 content≥99%, volume density≥3.2, apparent porosity≤18%, pressure temperature at normal temperature MPa ≥90,

Load softening temperature (0.2MPa, 0.6%) 1740℃.

Product characteristics and application:

Products with high refractoriness, good thermal stability, high temperature strength, corrosion resistance, excellent high slag resistance, small coefficient of expansion, the creep characteristics of low, spalling resistance, high temperature furnace is suitable for various conditions of use.

Widely used in zirconia ceramics fiber, fluorescent materials, electronic ceramics, magnetic materials, ceramic powder with high temperature sintering and gasifier, synthetic ammonia two reformer, carbon black reactor and glass industrial high temperature furnace and other equipment.
