Composition and properties of magnesia brick

Magnesia brick is magnesium oxide containing not less than 91% and calcium oxide not more than 3%, alkaline refractory products that percales are the main minerals.

Magnesia brick characteristics: good heat conductivity; thermal expansion; resist alkali slag resistance, resistance to acid slag properties; load deformation temperature because of percales grains surrounded by silicate cement of low melting point, is the starting point is not high, but the collapse temperature and starting point of difference; refractory degree higher than 2000 ℃. But there is no significance for practical use; poor thermal stability is the main reason for the destruction of the general use. In the storage and transportation; should pay special attention to moisture proof; from back after the break easily.
